BCCI once again going to conduct the Women’s T20 Challenge like the previous year in May 2022. Schedule and Teams are announced for the fourth season of Women’s T20 Challenge 2022. The best women cricketers from India and the rest of the world will congregate for a four-match Women’s T20 Challenge to be played between May 24 and May 28 at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow.
This year three teams will participate in Women’s T20 Challenge 2022 and they are Supernovas, Trailblazers, and Velocity. Each one will take on the other in a single round-robin league with the top two teams qualifying for the final on May 28.
The opening match of the Women’s T20 Challenge will be played between Trailblazers and Supernovas on May 23.
Women’s T20 Challenge 2022: Team Name
Women’s T20 Challenge 2022 will have three teams like the previous season. This will be also the last season of the Women’s T20 Challenge, as it is expected that from the 2023 Women will have full fledge IPL called Women’s Indian Premier League (WIPL). This year three teams will fight each other to win the trophy of the fourth season of the women’s T20 Challenge.
