The eight teams will play each other twice in a round-robin format, and the top four teams will qualify for the knockout stage.
The knockout stage will consist of two semi-finals and a final. The semi-finals will be played between the top four teams, and the winners of the semi-finals will compete in the final for the TNPL trophy.
