Global T20 Canada 2022 Schedule: The Global T20 Canada is a T20 (Twenty20) cricket tournament in Canada. It is owned by Mercuri Canada Limited, an offshoot of Mercuri Talent Management, run by Sriram Bakthisaran, an Indian entrepreneur. This league is based on the Indian Premier League but it has maximum foreign players.
Once again Global T20 Canada is going to happen this year. Due to Covid-19 Global T20 Canada (GT20 Canada) being suspended for 2 years.
The third season of the Global T20 Canada will be held in Brampton from July 25 to August 11. The team format will be the same as the previous year which means six teams competing with each other.
The third season of the GT20 will start on Thursday, July 25, with defending champions Vancouver Knights taking on the home team, Toronto Nationals, in what promises to be a thrilling battle.

The player draft for the 3rd edition of Global T20 Canada (GT20 Canada) was held in ITC Grand Maratha in Mumbai, India. The sixth franchise team in the 3rd edition of the T20 league was announced as “Brampton Wolves”, which coincided with the city of Brampton, where the tournament will be held from Jul 25th – Aug 11th, 2022.
All franchise teams chose their squad of 17 members from the player draft of over 1000+ players, who had registered for the draft. Each team picked three marquee players (International Full member players) along with four other full member picks, five picks inclusive of four ICC Associate member players and one mandatory ICC Americas region member player, and five players from the Cricket Canada roster (International and domestic).
