The schedule of the Asia Cup 2025 has been officially announced by the ACC (Asian Cricket Council). This time, India is the original host nation, but due to scheduling and venue arrangements, all matches of the Asia Cup 2025 will be hosted in the United Arab Emirates. The ACC has selected two main venues to conduct the 19 matches of Asia Cup 2025.
The Asia Cup 2025 is going to start from 9th September 2025 to 28th September 2025. A total of 8 matches of the Asia Cup 2025 will be played at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi.
The Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium cost $23 million to build and was opened in May 2004, with its inaugural first-class match being an Intercontinental Cup fixture between Scotland and Kenya in November of that year. The stadium will be one of the dedicated venues for the 2025 Asia Cup.
The stadium has a large stand at either end, with the areas square of the wicket offering grass banks for additional seating. It can hold 20,000 people. The stadium is owned by the Emirates Cricket Board.
