The BCCI on Sunday i.e. -22nd May 2022, announced the T20I squad for the upcoming most anticipated T20I matches against South Africa. South Africa coming to India to play the five T20 matches starting on 9th June 2022 in Delhi.
The All-India Senior Selection Committee has picked an 18-member squad for the upcoming five-match Paytm T20I home series against South Africa.
KL Rahul is chosen as the Captain to lead the team India whereas Rishabh Pant is chosen as the Vice-Captain. The schedule for the South Africa Tour of India, 2022 is announced and updated below.

Dinesh Karthik and Hardik Pandya are awarded based on the performance of IPL 2022. They will be part of the Playing XI for all the matches. As it was speculated, senior batters Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli along with pacer Jasprit Bumrah have been rested from the series.
Temba Bavuma will lead the South Africa T20I Squad for India. Quinton De Kock will surely be a big change in these T20 matches.
