Al Amerat Cricket Stadium, also known as the Oman Cricket Academy Ground, is a cricket ground in Muscat, Oman. The ground is owned by the Oman Cricket Board. In January 2021, the International Cricket Council (ICC) gave accreditation for the Ministry Turf 1 at the stadium to host Test cricket.
The International Cricket Council has announced the schedule of ICC T20 World Cup 2021. This time India is hosting the ICC T20 World Cup but all the matches of ICC T20 World Cup will be hosted outside India. The ICC selected four main venues to conduct the 45 matches of the ICC T20 World Cup 2021.
The 2021 ICC World Cup is going to start from the 17th October 2021 to 14th November 2021. A total of 06 matches of ICC T20 world cup 2021 is going to be played at the Oman Cricket Academy Ground, Al Amerat.
