Dubai Capitals is owned by the GMR Group. They also own the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket team – Delhi Capitals and Pro Kabaddi League – UP Yodha. GMR Group is an Indian multinational conglomerate headquartered in New Delhi. Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao is the chairman of GMR Groups.
