Indian Super League recently announced that the entire series will be played in the State Goa under three-venue. After that on Wednesday Odisha FC announced that the club will be playing all the ‘home’ games of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2020-21 season at the GMC Athletic Stadium in Bambolim, Goa.
Three stadiums of Goa which are chose to conduct the all (Hero ISL) 2020-21 matches are below.
- The Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda.
- The Tilak Nagar Stadium in Vasco da Gama.
- The GMC Athletic Stadium in Bambolim.
Indian Super League 2020-21 is going to start from the November and it will be played behind the closed doors due to COVID-19 pandemic, which means no ticket sale and no audience to cheers the team. Schedule for the Indian Super League is still not announced.
Football Sports Development Limited (FSDL) will be working closely with the Sports Authority Of Goa and the State administration to ensure a safe and secure season. FSDL will also provide different stadiums for each club to practice and do training for the matches. They are in search of this and from next month the necessary change will be made at these places.
ISL 2020-21 promises to be one of the most intriguing seasons headlined by the introduction of Kolkata powerhouse ATK Mohun Bagan FC along with a rejuvenated City Football Group-led Mumbai City FC.
FC Goa also lifted the inaugural Hero ISL League Winners Shield in front of their home fans during the second leg of their semi-final clash against Chennaiyin last season.
