The 22nd edition of the Commonwealth Games will begin in Birmingham, the United Kingdom on 28th July 2022 and the mega event will conclude on 08th August 2022. The opening ceremony will take place a day ahead of CWG i.e. on July 28. In India, it will be broadcasted on July 29th at 4:00 AM in the morning.

The first day of the mega event will see sports like hockey, women’s cricket, and badminton taking centre stage. India women’s cricket team will square off against Australia while India women’s hockey team will start their campaign against Ghana. We will see many others sports also on the very first day.
